Analysts
Analysts are usually graduates with a first and/or advanced degree (such as MSc., MBA) looking to establish a foothold in financial services. They typically have little or no work experience. Analysts receive training commensurate with their job specifications in order to sharpen their research and analytical skills. In addition, they get attached to more senior colleagues, who act as mentors, thereby ensuring an easy integration with the rest of the team.

Associates
Associates are individuals who tend to have between 2 – 5 years relevant work experience in financial services in addition to possessing an advanced degree (such as MSc., MBA). New associates who show a strong work ethic and leadership quality generally assume responsibilities for a particular engagement, as they are considered an integral part of the team.

Experienced Hires
Experienced hires are likely to be best suited to a specialist role reflecting the expertise they have gained on their prior jobs. As such, they are encouraged to apply for any position within the firm.
